Currently, poker is the only legal form of online gambling in Nevada. There are a variety of poker games, including Texas Hold ’em, Omaha, Seven Card Stud, Draw Games, 5-Card Draw, Lowball Draw, Badugi and HORSE.

No, you do not. Residents of any state or country can register to play on the two websites, but only those physically located within Nevada’s borders can make deposits or place a wager on the site.

What is the level of action on the sites?
According to the most recent information available, WSOP.com has a seven-day average of 130 players, and Ultimate Poker’s average is 120 players. So far, the two sites have a peak cash game player pool of roughly 250 to 300 participants combined. That includes players who bought into different games on multiple tables. Level of participation will increase once Nevada forms partnerships with other legal iGaming states (New Jersey and Delaware to start), which is planned.
Are there tournaments?
WSOP.com has tournament action as well as cash games. They also offer various promotions and incentives.
