Resorts’ FastPick adds over/under picks to DFS wagering

FastPick.com players can now pick an athlete’s predetermined over/under fantasy points, as well as Head-2-Head matchups. ResortsCasino.com has also added two new slot titles, bringing its game tally to more than 500.

FastPick.com players can now pick an athlete’s predetermined over/under fantasy points, as well as Head-2-Head matchups, Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City has announced.

Over/under is a wager where the house, FastPick.com, predicts a number for a statistic (fantasy points) in a game, and users can bet on whether the actual number in the game will be higher or lower than the predicted number.

Here’s how it works:

  • Players are presented with athletes and a predetermined fantasy point total for their next game.
  • Players select whether the athlete will accumulate more (over) or less (under) than the predicted fantasy points for that sporting event.

The DFS platform FastPick launched last summer and lets players wager online in New Jersey or at Resorts’ iGaming Lounge.

On This Day In Sports History

On June 24, 1923, the Angels crushed the Rockies 25-1 at Coors Field, collecting 28 hits in a historic rout. LA blew the game open early, scoring 13 runs in the third inning and eight more in the fourth to build a 23-0 lead. The 24-run margin stands as the third-largest in AL/NL history since 1900, surpassed only by the Rangers' 30-3 win over the Orioles in 2007 and the Red Sox's 29-4 victory over the Browns in 1950.
