The Battle for Pennsylvania: Best Bets for Eagles-Steelers

Two of the best teams in the NFL this year are located in Pennsylvania. The Eagles and the Steelers each have already won 10 games, so who gets the edge in the upcoming clash?

When the Pittsburgh Steelers traded for two quarterbacks over the offseason, few would have predicted that things would go so right for them. Justin Fields started the first three games leading the Steelers to 2 victories and then Russell Wilson capped it off with some great play, erasing the forgettable year he had in Denver in 2023. With a 10-3 record, the Steelers are 5-0 ATS when they are the underdogs, as they are this Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles in Philadelphia. But the Steelers haven’t won in Philly in 59 years. Can they break the curse?

The 11-2 Eagles have won an NFL best 9 straight games and four straight at home. Saquon Barkley is second in MVP odds (+400) behind Josh Allen. He has has carried this offense over the past three games due to Jalen Hurts’ passing struggles (108, 118, 179 passing yards). The Eagles are favored by 5.5 points with a total of 43. The line opened at 5 points and a total of 45.5 but money has come in on both sides making both lines fluctuate.
