Wheel of Fortune Elegant Emeralds Debuts

IGT has been the most successful developer of slot games in history, and still sells more slot machines to casinos than any other supplier. However, the company’s game development prowess now extends online, thanks to its IGT PlayDigital division.

IGT PlayDigital provides everything online that the company provides to land-based casinos. That includes a sports betting platform in states where sportsbooks have been approved. It also includes table games, both video versions and live streams of dealer-assisted games.

But the slot games are where IGT shines, and IGT PlayDigital releases new titles to online casinos every month. This month’s newest IGT game, to be released to iGaming sites on September 22, is a new version of the venerable Wheel Of Fortune franchise, Wheel of Fortune Elegant Emeralds.

Players can earn one free entry into the $25K Jackpot Frenzy at Caesars Casino each time they receive a slot taxable win of at least $1,200. Additionally, make a deposit of any amount to claim a $10 Casino Bonus!

Win Big on Wheel of Fortune

This is part of the Ca$hLink 2 series, which features cash-on-reels symbols all over the reels—the accumulated amounts pay off when accompanied by a treasure chest symbol on the fifth reel. The Ca$hLink 2 feature adds up not only cash-on-reels symbols, but coin symbols bearing the names any of five jackpots, the value added to the bonus when the treasure chest lands on the fifth reel.

When one of the cash-on-reels coin symbols lands on the first reel with the treasure chest on the fifth reel, it triggers the famous Wheel of Fortune wheel spin, complete with the audience chant (“Wheel… of… FORTUNE!”) and Vanna White applauding you as the bonus wheel appears.

The wheel spin is enhanced over the original casino game. In addition to the normal credit amounts, the top Grand Jackpot is one of the slices. There also is a slice that applies a multiplier to the total accumulated Ca$hLink 2 coin symbols. But what really boosts the benefit is the appearance of multiple arrows—up to seven arrows marking the winning wheel slices, with all those credits, multipliers and potential jackpot added together.

The 30-line base game features “nudging” wild symbols—they randomly expand to cover the entire reel—and funny, jazzy game-show music to accompany the reel-spinning. There is a free-spin round that is triggered by three scattered bonus symbols. When two of them land, the fifth reel continues to spin while you hear the audience gasp in anticipation of the third triggering symbol.

The return-to-player percentage (RTP) is 96.15 percent. (The RTP reflects the percentage of wagers returned to all players as wins.)

Elephant King Slots Hit Big, Often

The new Wheel of Fortune game joins a number of current favorites from IGT PlayDigital. One of the best is Elephant King, a five-reel, 40-line jungle-themed game designed for low volatility—a steady stream of low-level hits that keep you going while shooting for the occasional big hit.

The lower part of the pay table is made up of the card suit symbols, including spades, clubs, hearts, and diamonds. For larger wins, you’ll be looking to connect with some of the most famous animals of the African wilderness, like zebras, gazelles, rhinos, and of course, the elephants for the biggest wins. Wild symbols appear on the middle three reels, with some expanding to cover the entire reel.

There is a “Prize Disk” displayed above the reels with amounts over each reel that shift left to right with every spin. When the elephant scatter symbol ends anywhere on reels 1, 3 or 5, the prizes for those reels are awarded—credit prizes ranging from 500 to 10,000 times the bet multiplier, or 10 free games.

Cool jungle music plays during the reel-spinning. The RTP is 96 percent.
