WSOP Bounty Tournaments: $100K in Guaranteed Wins!

WSOP.com’s special “Bounty” series of tournaments live up to their name, running November 10 – 17 with a combined $100,000 in guaranteed prize money.

Bounty games offer a great twist on tournament play, giving you a chance to win cash, regardless of how high you finish overall.

Here’s how:

You pay an extra buy-in, which counts as your “bounty.” Every time you knocks another player out of the tournament, you collect that player’s bounty too. Sounds good, right?

For example, one of the first tournaments in the series (Event 2 on November 10) carries a buy-in of $250 + $200 + $50. The $250 is your normal tournament buy-in, which goes into the prize pool. The $200 is your bounty. So in normal play, if you win a hand that busts out an opponent, you collect. Though not likely, this could happen on the very first hand of the tournament.

Bounty tournaments give you a chance to win even if you don’t finish in the money for the tournament. In this case, just winning two bounties gets you in the black.

Event 2 is also a $20,000 guaranteed prize pool event. Just imagine what a high tournament finish, combined with a few collected bounties, could get you.

All in all, WSOP.com is offering 16 tournaments in the bounty series with buy-ins ranging from just $10 to $300, not counting bounties. Get the full schedule at WSOP.com.

WSOP.com also continues to offer satellites for the 2020 World Seizes of Poker, to be held next spring and summer in Las Vegas. For November, satellites run on Sundays with smaller satellites scheduled throughout the week. Get the full schedule at WSOP.com.
