Lion’s Share Features Frequent Jackpots
Now through December 31, BetMGM players can take advantage of a great daily giveaway called Lion’s Share. Players who have opted in are awarded any of three mystery jackpots, two daily and one weekly.
Participating players are eligible to win a jackpot whenever they are playing. There are three jackpots, the first two so-called “must-hit-by” progressive prizes that increment as participants wager on slot games. Once each is past a threshold award level, at any time before the must-hit-by level is reached, a random trigger can occur to award a jackpot to one or more players who have been actively wagering at least 15 seconds.
The ”Mini Mystery Jackpot” can trigger up until its value reaches $300. One random qualified participant is selected as the Mini Mystery winner. Winnings are awarded in Casino Bonus money.
The “One and All Jackpot” triggers before its value reaches $1,000. The jackpot is split when triggered. Half goes to one qualified player, and the other half is split among all other qualified players.
The “Community Share Jackpot” triggers once per week, on Friday at 10 p.m. The jackpot is split equally among all qualified participants.
As of this writing, the Mini Mystery Jackpot stood at $216. 57. The One and All Jackpot was at $117.07, and the Community Share prize was at $5,010.25.
Exclusive Slot Game Available
There is always a lineup of several exclusive slot games at the BetMGM sites. A good one available right now—and one that’s quite appropriate for the season—is A Christmas Full of Wilds, developed by Greentube, the online arm of Austrian slot giant Novomatic.
A Christmas Full of Wilds is a five-reel, 25-line game themed around Saint Nick, elves, presents and many other icons of the season. In the primary game, it features cascading wins—when a winning combination lands, the symbols disappear and new symbols cascade from the top into those spaces, enabling multiple wins on a single spin.
Santa stands beside the reel set. Randomly, he will toss wild symbols onto the reels, or change elves into wild symbols, or shoot a “toy gun” at the reels to change symbols into wild symbols.
In the primary game, a winning combination will light a trail position. If there is a spin with no win, it will clear the trail. If all the positions are lit, then the current “toy” prize will be awarded. As the winning combinations are awarded, the symbols will explode. Then new symbols will drop into view, for possible additional wins. This will continue until no new symbols fall into place.
Lock & Spin Bonus
The main bonus is a “Lock & Spin” feature, a variation on the popular hold-and-re-spin bonus on many slots. During the Lock & Spin feature, there are blue, green and red baubles that can land on the reels, as well as a golden Christmas present. During the Lock & Spin feature, all the golden presents award a wild toy modifier. If these are achieved, they will be added at the end of the Lock & Spin bonus. The bonus continues as long as more presents and baubles land, each locking into place and displaying a cash award. If no presents or baubles land, the bonus ends and the accumulated bonus amounts are awarded.
If you manage to get a full grid of presents, a 1,000X multiplier is applied to the total bet and awarded.
